DOES JUSTBETTERTAXES.CA PROVIDE CANADIAN TAX ADVISORY SERVICES?
We ensure that your personal Canadian tax return is prepared correctly from the information you provide us with. Just Better Taxes ensures that you are compliant with your requirement to file but does not provide tax advice or interpretation services.

WHAT IF I DON'T SEE SOMETHING THAT I NEED LISTED IN YOUR SERVICES?
If you require additional tax services that are not listed on justbettertaxes.ca, please contact us at info@justbettertaxes.ca so that we can put you in touch with a tax preparer that can meet your other needs.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
How long is the processing time? We expect to process and prepare your tax return within 72 hours, excluding weekends. However, experience has taught us that we see a big spike in submissions after Easter weekend, so then it might take upwards of four days to process everything.
CAN YOU GUARANTEE THAT MY TAXES WILL BE FILED BEFORE THE DEADLINE?
YES.
However, this guarantee is contingent on two things:
- You must upload your information at least 5 days before the filing deadline.
- You must provide us with signed documents before the filing deadline.
WILL YOU FILE MY TAXES IF I DON'T GET YOU THE SIGNED DOCUMENTS BEFORE THE FILING DEADLINE?
No.
The CRA prevents us from filing your personal taxes until we have a signed consent form from you allowing us to file electronically.
